To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unused or lightly used, with no visible damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — we recommend keeping your tracking number
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Details

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
